I want to work on my baby’s sleep but I don't want too much crying involved.
There are different methods we can use in order to teach your baby to sleep independently. We can even work on a plan where you're supporting your baby through this learning by being present in the same room providing reassurance. However, we can expect some level of crying as we will be changing habits, and the only way your baby has to communicate with you is through crying.
Do I need to stop feeding my baby during the night to sleep train?
You don't need to. We will work on a plan tailored to your baby's needs and your goals.

“… The approach was gentle and our son responded so well to the structure from the very start. It's still hard to believe that we went from multiple wake ups to him sleeping through the night in only a few days!”
